This policy explains how SasthaSoft ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use sasthasoft.com, contact us, or work with us. SasthaSoft is a sole proprietorship run by N. • Enquiry form: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, business name, type of business, the software you use, what you need help with, and anything you write in the message box.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: the details you share with us.
• Client work: during a sample check, assessment or project we see stock data, process details, records and staff information at your site.
• Website: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, plan visits and send quotes.
• To deliver the services you agree to.
• To send invoices and keep accounts as required by law.
• To tell you about SasthaSoft software early access, only if you asked for it.

We use your data only for these purposes and with your consent, which you give by submitting the form or contacting us.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services we need to run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and our form service, and only so they can do that job. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

4. Client information is confidential

Stock values, mismatch findings, process gaps and internal systems we see at your site are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose them to anyone without your written consent.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax requirements, then deleted.

6. Security

We protect your data with secure (HTTPS) connections, access limited to our team, and reputable service providers. No method is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

7. Your rights
