Terms & conditions

These terms apply to sasthasoft.com and to services provided by SasthaSoft, a sole proprietorship run by N. Sendhilkumar Trivedi, No. 322, Noambur Phase 2, Mogappair West, Chennai 600037, Tamil Nadu. By booking a service you agree to these terms. A written quote for a specific job takes priority if it says something different.

1. Our services

• Free sample check: a check of one rack or section with your staff, about 1 hour. Free and with no obligation.
• Inventory Risk Assessment: a paid gap-finding visit covering your process, records, staff and sample items, followed by a short written report. It is not a full stock count.
• Inventory improvement project: a project of up to about 90 days to fix what the assessment found, with scope, deliverables and price set out in a written quote.
• Support for existing software and staff training, as agreed in writing.
• Extra manpower for counting or restructuring is provided only on request and charged separately.

2. Prices and payment

• If you go ahead with an improvement project, the assessment fee is adjusted in the project bill.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes. GST will be added if and when applicable as per law.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details on our invoice.
• Work at each stage starts after the payment for that stage is received.

3. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

• Visit dates are fixed in advance and confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• You can reschedule a booked visit free of charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, the visit is moved to the next available date, and any further terms are as stated in your written quote.
• If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as early as possible and agree a new date with you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give our team safe access to the site on the agreed dates.
• Make your staff available. Your staff count the stock; we guide them.
• Share correct records, system access and information we ask for.
• Follow the agreed routines after handover. Results depend on your team using the system.

5. Confidentiality

Everything we learn about your stock, finances, processes and systems is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed without your written consent. We are happy to sign a separate confidentiality agreement.

6. Templates, SOPs and tools

SOPs, registers, sheets and reports we prepare for you are yours to use inside your business. Our general methods, frameworks and templates remain ours, and may not be resold or shared outside your business.

7. SasthaSoft software

Sastha ERP, Sastha WMS and Sastha CRM are in development. Early access does not guarantee particular features, prices or launch dates. Separate software terms will apply when the software is offered.

8. Limits of responsibility

We give our advice and work with care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information given to us, by changes made without us, or by routines not being followed after handover. Our total responsibility for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

9. Website use

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it is not resolved, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
